Snooze. Roll out of bed. More coffee. Scramble through your to-do list. Count down the minutes until you can leave the office… Sounds miserable, no? Here’s a super simple daily exercise anyone can (and should! ) use to rise, shine, and set yourself up for success, with a smile!

  2. Write down three things that you would like to get done today.

That’s it. Now, you’re centered, thankful, positive, and motivated, so go seize the day!

Memorial Day has come and gone, which means that summer fun has finally begun! Do yourself a favor and make your own summer fun checklist…or just print the one below! 1. Plant something. A garden, a plant, a flower, a chia pet…

2. Drive less. Walk more.

3. Spend an entire day outside, morning til night.

4. Explore a new beach.

5. Play like a kid, without a care in the world. Catch, mini golf, swing on the swings!

6. Eat al fresco, even at your own house.

7. Jump in puddles.

8. Feed the ducks.

9. Make one new (healthy!) recipe each week and make everyone in the house try it.

10. Wear flip-flops.
